A few days ago he emailed me from where he is currently deployed and told me to check out the SUV that he saw online that is available in this location. I went to the dealership and met Paul Carragher. I could not be happier with the way Paul handled everything that I needed to know to finalize the purchase of our Ford Escape 2014. We exchanged txts which made things so much easier because I was able to work while he and his co workers were getting paperwork ready. Brian was wonderful when I was in his office signing papers. I think in every business, a person's smile makes customers feel at ease. After the paperwork, Paul showed me everything about the vehicle. I LOVE THAT HE DROVE THE CAR TO MY ADDRESS, SO THAT I DID NOT TO GO BACK FOR THE CAR I DROVE TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP. For the Price rating, I wasn't too thrilled with my trade in value and also the price. When we first arrived, they said they could help with the price of the Ford down quiet a few thousand dollars. The day of the trade, they gave me very low value for my trade in and the Ford price went up in value (kinda making me feel like the didn't want to waste their time with me). But Matt the salesman tried his best to explain everything. I was disappointed that the price for the Ford couldn't go down and my trade in was just ridiculously low! My husband said I should have walked away from that deal because I was given a higher trade in value else where. But I REALLY wanted that Ford. So I stuck with it and hope I actually get a good working vehicle (had a bad experience with another dealership). Once I purchased the vehicle, they have been nice enough to show me the vehicle and all it's options (not all, but enough). Matt was able to help keep my kids occupied while I signed the papers. He has kids of his own and I was pleased that my children liked him. While I was doing the signing, he stayed outside with the kids and played with them (He must be a kid himself. lol). I'm happy with my purchase, but every now and then I feel I may have made a mistake due to that the Ford Explorer doesn't have a lift tail gate option, and a seat memory option. I figured it's less electronics to brake. More

There is no reason to buy a car anywhere else, unless you or someone related to you owns a car dealership. You don't have to spend hours sitting around while someone "checks with their manager" about a price, option, trade-in, etc. I checked out what they had on-line and went in on a Thursday afternoon. I could test drive whatever I wanted without being accompanied by a salesperson, which is really nice. The prices are fixed so no haggling and worrying about getting the best price. There prices were below comparable prices elsewhere. Easy. Fast. Stress-free. Mark Phillips helped me find what I was looking for with the parameters given - he came up with multiple options and we went from there. I went in with an open mind and with a few requirements. Mark is a legit car salesman; no pressure sales tactics, no bait and switch, just good old fashioned customer service. I was given a price no other dealer could match let alone beat. They had the car I wanted and had it ready for me in less than a day. I plan on continuing to do business here for years to come. The only drawback: the cars are all high quality and priced right, so you need to act fast! If you see the car you want, you probably have to pull the trigger quick. Faulkner Ciocca Ford of Souderton has incredibly polite and professional staff. While I was comparing one vehicle to another on their lot I noticed their huge selection and inventory. Moreover, the salesman (Jonathan) patiently allowed me just the right amount of time to intelligently make my observations and then he approached me in a very cordial and pleasant manor. I didn't feel high powered pressure at any point of the experience. Everyone from Jonathan (sales), to Joe (sales) who evaluated my trade in, to Nick (Finance) who was thorough in explaining financing, to Alex (delivery) who went over the functions of Sync and Sirus with me was just awesome. I loved the smooth experience and the Ford Edge I bought! We will be back to get another car for the wife when it's time.
