I heavily researched our purchase including Internet, car magazine and many dealership explorations and test drives. The Escape could not be knocked out as our 1st place pick. The Escape is the best vehicle I ever owned. I find myself making up reasons to drive somewhere or extend my trip. A large part of our decision to purchase a vehicle at Apple Ford is the quality customer service provided 1st by Andy (Internet Manager). He got us in the door and kept our interest by maintaining contact. Tyler is one of the most refreshing car salesman I know. He is warm, kind, and friendly. He cares. He doesn't push. I really appreciated him setting aside an extra day for me for one-on-one 'training' to understand all the functions of my new vehicle. Tom negotiated and haggled and kept my husband engaged; we arrived at a GREAT deal and a GREAT trade-in value. I appreciated Andy coming over to personally meet us during the interaction, as our prior contact was by email only. Mike, finance manager, was confident and knowledgeable, a much needed trait in a finance guy. His confidence translated into our confidence. Overall, all these folks are responsive and eager to help. We routinely use the Service Department for all our car needs. They deliver an excellent experience. After purchasing the vehicle and taking her home, we discovered some minor cosmetic damage. We immediately called Tom and Tyler. I was admittedly stressed out HOWEVER Tom and Tyler and GM reassured us they will make it right and promptly ordered replacement pieces. All cost covered by Apple Ford. The latter experience truly defines GREAT customer service. Sure, nobody wants to find a flaw or imperfection or such a large purchase....but GREAT customer service is honed in the difficult scenarios and our team proved their skill and service.
