Great truck inventory and as soon as you walk in, you feel comfortable. Everything was enjoyable and staff took the time to get the right deal done. I even got to eat lunch from their break room. I also feel comfortable. Everything was enjoyable and staff took the time to get the right deal done. I even got to eat lunch from their break room. I also appreciated the special care they provided for first responders. Overall, an excellent experience, even if it took all day. More
Buying/leasing a car is one of my least favorite chores. Logan and Preston made it a breeze! Logan was very upfront and knowledgeable. We were able to close the deal in less than two hours! My last exp Logan and Preston made it a breeze! Logan was very upfront and knowledgeable. We were able to close the deal in less than two hours! My last experience was not at all that pleasant. The only down side would be my considerably higher monthly lease payment. I wish it could be less. More

Logan was fantastic and I felt like he was very knowledgable about the vehicles and personable. We always buy our vehicles at Ciocca Ford. On a side note, the finance person who closes out the vehi knowledgable about the vehicles and personable. We always buy our vehicles at Ciocca Ford. On a side note, the finance person who closes out the vehicle purchase made me fairly uncomfortable when he tried to sell the extended warranty. I know they have to pitch it and I let him do that as it’s part of his job, which he also vocalized as well. When i told him no thank you the first time he looked at me like in had 5 heads. He comminuted to try to push the extended warranty and gap insurance a bit longer and it left me feeling very yucky and uncomfortable. Im not going to break down why i did not get the extended warranty/gap insurance on a brand new vehicle, but if you know, you know. It very much felt like he's a smart man and I'm a dumb woman dated/patriarcal/ dynamic. All I can say is I am very disappointed in how that particular interaction left me feeling after an others very positive experience. Logan and the sales manager are what has made my score a 4 for the dealership. Logan is 5 stars and was more than accommodating with us needing a late signing time due to my husbands work schedule. Absolutely horrible experience! After 2 days of having our used vehicle- Ford Explorer, the engine went on it. We had the extra warranty company coverage. Well, here we are 2 month After 2 days of having our used vehicle- Ford Explorer, the engine went on it. We had the extra warranty company coverage. Well, here we are 2 months later, paying for a car that is still in their shop. Ciocca stating the warranty company needs to stand good and cover it, because if Ciocca replaces the engine, they lose their money! Well how about you pay our loan! I hate writing negative reviews but This is Ridiculous! Guess it's time to get our lawyer involved. More
**UPDATE** So after posting my review below, I got a call from Sarah Maley , the General Manager of Ciocca Ford of Quakertown and we had a very positive conversation in resolving my rear defroster issue call from Sarah Maley , the General Manager of Ciocca Ford of Quakertown and we had a very positive conversation in resolving my rear defroster issue. Not only did she work with me to resolve the issue, but she also turned around and said the dealership will cover the cost of replacing my back window to make good on the whole ordeal. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! She has totally restored my confidence in her dealership and honestly she had made a customer for life!!!! Thank you Ms. Maley!!!! BUYERS BEWARE....DO NOT BUY FROM ANY CIOCCA DEALERSHIPS!!! As some previous customers have said, they con't care about their customers!!! I bought a used 2020 Ford Ranger just over three months ago when about 2 months after buying my truck I noticed only have my back window will defrost. I called in to make an appointment with their service center only to find out that my truck was not under warranty and that it would cost $850 to replace because the defrost connector on one side was damaged. And to show I had not tampered with the window in any way, I left the temp registration tag on my back window. Anyway, the service center said I needed to go back to the dealership I bought my truck from to "plead my case to them" about how this is the way I bought my truck. To which I did only to be told by Dmitri, there was nothing they could do. They did check to see if it was certified when I was told all their vehicles are certified inspected and all. But when I was also being told they could nothing for me, Dmitri also mentioned that they had failed to inspect the rear defroster because it was too warm to inspect it. But the thing is, you can clearly see how the connector is damaged. I also found it funny how he had to ask me to come outside the dealership to explain this to me. I'm guessing it was so any potential customers would not hear what he had to say and how the negative side to them. The part that gets me most is that Dmitri didn't even try to work with me. Look, I get it, my truck was a used truck...but for $30K, he could have tried to do something being his crew missed this potential safety issue. Come winter time, my back window can frost up and hinder my rear view. I mean, he was flat out, no...sorry can't do anything. Either way, this is the first and last time I will deal with any Ciocca dealerships. And if I were you, I'd look elsewhere to buy your next vehicle!!! This was a $30K lesson for me!!! More
