Ray was unable to get them to honor the warranty but what Ray did some thing better. We drop off out car to them in Flemington. We are given a loaner car. And when the work is completed they drive the serviced car over an hour to us and they take back the loaner. You cant ask anything more from a dealer then that. More

Long after you leave with your new vehicle, whether purchased or leased, you will see ad's or talk to others who have purchased elsewhere and it onfirms that you closed the deal at a very competitive price. Steve Kalafer and Byrom Brisby, have certainly instilled their high ethical and personal standards through diligent staff selection and highly trained associates. I don't know of anyone within our community who has done business at Ditchman/Flemington who didn't feel like they were treated like family from the moment they were greeted at the door. More

He not only helped me, he guided me through a lease return I had no choice to make and earned nothing for his time and effort to resolve my issue. I was looking for either a new Naviagator or Expedition and I usually don't like the car buying experience in general but Chris Messina was great to work with. The whole process was smooth and stress free, I settled on a 2011 Expedition and it was ready to be picked up when it was promised.
