We admired that becasue there is nothing worse than someone who gives wrong information because he doesn't want to admit he doesn't know something. When you are purchasing a vehicle that costs so much, you want to know that you are getting accurate information. Also, while Tom was extemely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, he didn't pressure us into making a decision we weren't yet ready to make. My son was shopping for his first time owner dream car via Internet for few months. Mr. Valenti is an exceptional Car Sales Representative with an exceptional work ethic and values. From the time he welcomed us with a warm smile and handshake to the time my son left with his car,he amazed us with his great personality and professionalism with the whole process. He was very thorough with his explanations and demonstrations about the car my son was buying, especially to our son. "Bottom line," I felt comfortable, no pressure. I make up my own mind when I'm ready to buy, not because some saleperson said I should. There is always a better deal some place else, but do you feel comfortable with the people you are dealing with, "case closed." Ditschman salesperson, Mark Schmaling, was informative and personable as he tried to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I felt that if for any reason I need to call upon Mark, concerning the 2012 Ford Focus, he,ll be there to answer any future questions or concerns I may have or at least be able to find satisfactory answers. Before I drove the car off the lot, Mark went over each of the features to be sure I understood what it did and why it did it. Thanks Mark, a job well done. He was very patient and very detail oriented. My vehicle arrived on jan 5th. Since then I had bought another vehicle because I was so satisfied with the sales department and service department. I just picked up my new 2011 F150 from Ditschman Ford. The whole experience was a great one without any of the hassle of other dealerships. I had priced the truck at other dealerships with the same options and they were able to beat the price even without knowing what the other dealers had offered. The finance part was simple and no pressure. Other dealerships had pressured me into signing up for the "extras" that are the usual; window treatments, carpet protection, etc. It was a relief when I found that this was not the case here with Kevin. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this crew. More
