These vehicles were in great demand and supply was limited so many dealerships were jacking up prices with obscene markups. I was so pleasantly surprised when I realized that's not how they do business here. Kevin Crowley was a pleasure to work with and the process was stress free. As I waited the vehicle had increased its price by $600 over what we had agreed upon. When my vehicle arrived, I was concerned, and expected to be faced with the harsh reality that they wouldn't honor our agreed price. I expected they would balk at my insistence that they do that and then refuse to refund my deposit if I decided to opt out. I hadn't needed to worry. Honesty prevailed. Ciocca Ford of Flemington and Kevin Crowley teamed to provide the very best vehicle purchase experience of my life, and I have had many. It went smoothly and completely stress-free. And Jordan in finance was a blessing as well. She was informative but never pushing the hard sell. Truly professional and delightful. I can't say enough about this wonderful team at Ciocca Ford of Flemington. If in the market for a new vehicle you owe it to yourself to sit down with one of these fine folks. You will not be disappointed. More

Being a Silverado guy for ever, I just had to switch to the power boost F 150 I was blown away how far ford has moved ahead. Disappointed in the service from Ciocca Ford of Flemington. My once time GO TO Ford dealer I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by Flemin Flemington. I have always given 5 star reviews as well as complimented staff on social media. On May 15 2024 I dropped off my 2021 F150 for service regarding a transmission concern. At that time I had 59,600 miles on the vehicle. Later that day I was notified that the Service Manager recommended I get the 60,000 mile service performed I will admit that I did not ask what this included (my bad) however I assumed that Ford's scheduled 60,000 mile service described in the owner's manual (replacing the engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs and various system inspections) was what I was getting. The transmission repair was covered under the warranty and the only cost would be the additional 60,000 mile service I agreed to. The invoice total was $679.07 Two weeks later I dropped the truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. The multipoint inspection sent to me indicated I needed the air filter replaced. I was shocked to no filters were replaced during the service performed two week prior. When I reviewed the invoice for the 60,000 mile service the only parts listed were 6 spark plugs and some dielectric grease. When I called the Service Dept to ask what was going on I was told the 60,000 mile service only included changing spark plugs. After speaking with the Service Manager and asking him if he thought $679.07 for replacing spark plugs was excessive he told me: "Walmart prices are going up too and you still shop there". In the past I have never thought twice about paying premium costs for service knowing that my vehicle was being cared for by highly trained technicians and I was receiving the highest quality customer service. I always thought Flemington Ford was the best Ford dealer for miles around and always promoted the dealership with friends and colleagues. After this experience you can be assured I will never use Flem Ford again. More
