Worst experance I have ever had, they did not care. I would give a lower rating but it will not let me. The sale went good, I was to have a hitch put on by their out side shop. The hitch was ordered and I made an appointment to go and have it installed. When I got there I was told by Jason that one of the outside shop employees had called off and it took two people to install. Jason told me he would comp me with a couple free oil changes. I rescheduled the next appointment to have the hitch installed and a vibration over 65 mph checked out. Now both times I was told by Jason that they opened at 9am, well that was not so. When I rescheduled I called Jason per his instructions and was told he would take care of everything and that as soon as I got there they would get me in first to look at the vibration. I wrote it up as soon as I got there and then sat there from 8:30 until 10:30 and still was not in the shop, I talked to the one service writer and he told me I was not in the system to have any work done and did not know when I would get in. At 11:30 I went out to the show room and ask Jason what was going on, he talked to Shawn and Jason walked away without saying anything to me. I waited for him for a couple minutes then ask Shawn what was going on. He started by saying they had no control over the first appointment. During that time a different service writer had my paper work, he told me they had forgot about me and he did not understand what happened that there were two systems in place to prevent that. I told them to forget looking at the vibration that I would pay to take it somewhere else. I just wanted the hitch installed. Going back and forth from Jason to Shawn I was finally told at 12:30 that the same employee in the outside shop had called off again and they could not do the hitch. I can see once but twice seemed odd to me. I told Shawn that I just wanted the hitch and would take it somewhere else to get it installed. He said he would check with their shop and see if it could be done. Well I sat for another forty minutes and no one told me what was going on. Again I went out and ask Jason, he checked and told me it would be going in anytime then. Not one of them came to waiting room to tell me what was going on, not one of them apologized to me for this SNAFU. To me it seemed like I was being lied to and treated extremely poorly. More

He went the extra mile to try to find the Jeep that had everything I was looking for but, it happened to be at another dealership. After three days of no response from that dealership, I decided to take the one that was on the lot and get it altered myself. I couldn't go elsewhere after all the work Jason did to search for it. Easy Purchase Found a car on-line that I was interested in for my daughter and went to lot to see it. Met with Adam on the lot and he quickly got the info together about the car. Price had dropped that morning, which put me at just under what I was willing to pay (tax, tag, title included). Though the car wasn't there, he assured me that it was in great condition. I took him at his word and put a holding fee down on the car that day. The next day, went back and the car was exactly what he said it was. He had already had it Maryland inspected that morning, cleaned and detailed, ready to go. Took for a test drive and was impressed. After about 1.5 hours (paper work, etc.), drove the car off the lot, bought and paid for. Great buying experience without all the verbal run-around I have dealt with in the past. More
