Easy to deal with We had been looking for a Chrysler 300 and after visiting several dealerships found one at Apple. We talked to Jordan on the Phone and drove down Wed We had been looking for a Chrysler 300 and after visiting several dealerships found one at Apple. We talked to Jordan on the Phone and drove down Wednesday afternoon to see the car. Wife really liked it , so We did all the paperwork that day and drove back down Thursday with the check , and now are very pleased with the 300. I was promised some things at the time of the sale and have yet to receive them by the salesman, Al Zeis. He contradicts himself in emails saying he sent the stuff in the mail on one date; however, a week later, says the items were shipped on a different date than originally stated. Took it up to GM - Michael King. He told me several times he would see the items were shipped - - NOTHING YET. Left my vehicle there 2 times (week long) for service. Came back after 1st week to find out vehicle was never worked on. (Problem still has yet to be fixed). Apple says they had to send out to another dealership yet they've refused for 2 months to provide the paperwork for the repairs. BBB says only 1 repair was made under my vehicle's VIN number. Guess that's why we won't provide the paperwork. Run far from this dealership. Make sure you get the items you were purchased at the time of the sale - - otherwise - - forget it. At time of sale, a piece was loose on back of veh. When picked vehicle up, Al told us the part would cost $600. Called Manufacturer. Part cost $180. Apple did replace this but this was only after my investigation of the part and the price and catching them in a flat-out lie. TERRIBLE SERVICE! More
