We were given updates by Rene and George V on where the car was on the train. They were accurate and consistent. George actually even responded to an email on Easter Sunday to make sure I remained calm and understood the car was at a specific location. When the car arrived George V spend over 2 hours reviewing the car technology and gadgets so that when I left the dealership I felt I knew enough to touch the gadgets and use them.
