I had been searching for the 10 Anniversary Edition Rubicon for several weeks and managed to find one available through Craig. Having to drive almost an hour and half away to make this purchase, I was concerned it would take hours to make a deal, if we could even find common ground, but Craig managed to move things along fairly quickly. Knowing that I wasn't going to be able to do much bargaining on this vehicle, I wasn't sure we could make it happen. Well... although I think the dealership could have been a little more giving on my trade of my 2011 Durango Crew Lux... they took a little off the sticker to help balance it out. Then Craig checked into a business owners plan that Chrysler offers and managed to get me a few extras. I have purchased many Chrysler products at several different dealership in the area. This is the "First" dealership I have ever seen go the extra distance to make me feel that not only was my purchase important to them, but I was too. Not a single other dealership I have been to ever mentioned this plan, or even offered to check into it for me, but Craig did and in my opinion, this dealership came through with flying colors. Although it will be a drive for me to bring my Jeep in for service, I feel they deserve my effort to do so, because they did their best to help me and make my purchase a great experience. I popped in on Craig and told him I wanted the very best street legal ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) he had. I didn't tell Craig I had already been looking at the Jeep Wranglers on the lot the past Sunday when the dealership was closed. To my delight he brought around the one I had my eye on Sunday. It was a fully loaded Rubicon. We took it for a test drive and took it to my house for my wife to see. I was expecting to hear "No!" but to my surprise, she loved it. Three days later I christened the Rubicon with mud by driving around the logging trails on my remote woodlot in Pennsylvania. More

After spending weeks (months?) trying to find the right car and dealership i was basically at my wit's end when a friend suggested I try Flemington after he had a great experience there several years befor car and dealership i was basically at my wit's end when a friend suggested I try Flemington after he had a great experience there several years before. I had seen all the usual tricks up to that point, the endless negotiation on price, completely opaque pricing strategies by the dealers and the classic bait and switch. The entire process was a frustrating as i imagined it would be. Once I called Flemington, however, the whole experience changed dramatically. A very competitive price THE FIRST TIME, with completely all the terms made completely clear. No haggling. No bait and switch, in fact they were able to get the exact make, model and color I wanted very quickly despite not having it in their inventory. They took care of all the paperwork despite the fact that I was out of state and delivered the car to my office. Denis, Lou and Steve made what had been a nightmarish customer experience into one that i walked away feeling very positive about. As long as they continue to provide this level of service and carry the brands I want I will not consider another dealer. Cannot reccomend the team at Flemington enough. More
