Renny was welcoming and gracious the evening my husband and I first arrived and took the time to patiently go through options available, Andrew followed up and helped me work through my financial questions and concerns to make me feel more comfortable regarding the final decision. After doing my due diligence, it was an easy decision to return to Flemington Chrysler where we were introduced to Mamdouh. He is most charming and knowledgable. He professionally took me through the details of the model and turned me over to Denis O'Brien for signing the final paperwork. Mamdouh was also the one who helped me take delivery of the vehicle. We had been shopping for a new truck for a few months and contacted many dealers but none of the dealers had quite what we were looking for. We contacted them online to inquire about price & incentives and immediately rec'd a response from Patti Smith with exactly what we asked for - Price, incentives and detailed info about the truck (something some other dealers just won't provide online - they make you call or come to the dealer). Patti promptly made an appt for us to come in and discuss this truck further. We met with George Vdokakes and couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. George was extremely knowledgeable about the truck as well as any incentives/rebates that we may be eligible for. There was no pressure to purchase that night. After a little negotiation, George & the general mgr Denis O'Brien, provided us with their best price on the truck and let us think about it. We bought the truck the next day. The rest of the process was just as smooth. George was in constant contact with us and managed everything to get the truck insured, titled and registered.
