I had been very happy with my car buying experience at Quakertown Ciocca & that’s why my husband bought his there. The service department is wonderful & thorough. My car was done quickly. They provide a narrated video by the technician working on my car. I’m very happy with my experience! More

Have purchased multiple cars here and spent untold amount of money on repairs. On June 18th took my Z/28 in for inspection. I was told that the a/c belt needed replacement and further that the belt had been of money on repairs. On June 18th took my Z/28 in for inspection. I was told that the a/c belt needed replacement and further that the belt had been installed in correctly. I declined the repair for that since I had installed the belt. I took the car home and did find that I had inadvertently placed the belt above the upper pully instead of below it. It took me app. 2 minutes to reset the belt correctly. Now why couldn't the technician who discovered that simply have corrected it? It would have taken him 30 seconds. This is customer service? This is how you treat loyal customers? This says one thing about this dealer. The only thing that matters is $$$$$$$. This was a totally small fix which cost them nothing to correct. After all I have spent here this tells me to go elsewhere. Customer service is dead More

We took our new car to get cleaned for the first time after owning it for 5 days and when they were finished I saw a chip in my paint so I brought it up to their attention and they showed me a picture th after owning it for 5 days and when they were finished I saw a chip in my paint so I brought it up to their attention and they showed me a picture they took and said it was there before but I couldn't see it in the picture. So they tried to touch it up with a touch up paint pen! IT LOOKS WORSE NOW! Looks like they used white out on my white car! I'm so upset about this. It was a small chip but it'll rust! They all acted like it was no big deal, but this was my first new car! They turned an unfortunate issue into a worse one and I'm NOT happy! The fact that they tried to cover it using a paint pen Just tells me that they accepted the fact that they screwed up and wanted to make it up but instead they made it worse and now I'm very upset More
