I was clear on a few points: 1) I was paying cash and did not wish to finance any of the purchase to avoid additional paperwork, 2) I did not want any extended warranties o to other add ons- the negotiated price is what I wanted to pay. We had come to the dealership at the end of a long day and just wanted to complete the transaction and get on our way. I value a relationship with a local dealership to service our vehicles. I drive a Toyota (Del), my wife drives a Honda (Reedman Toll) and this Chevy Equinox is the first car for our daughter. I plan to service this vehicle at Ciocca. My only suggestion (especially if I purchase another vehicle at your dealership), is to respect the customer’s wishes and understand time is valuable. If the customer wishes for a quick closing process (e.g., no financing, no offers of extended warranties or other add ons), then provide that. Thank you More
