Dishonest thieves. Bought a used car there. They obviously didn't do a presale inspection as a brake caliper was in the process of locking up. They put 2 tires on presal Bought a used car there. They obviously didn't do a presale inspection as a brake caliper was in the process of locking up. They put 2 tires on presale instead of all 4 so as to have even tread on the new used car. Take the car in 2 days later they said don't worry about the noise. Take the car in for 5 oil change/tire rotations. Won't rotate the tires any of the times. Tires are now bad. They then go on to try to tell me the brake caliper being locked up had nothing to do with the tires going bad. Even though common sense tells you when the brake on one tire is rubbing it is going to cause tire problems. Hit a piece of tire on the highway before the 2nd oil change/tire rotation and check engine light comes on ask them to find out why check engine light is on they try to charge 1 or 2 hundred dollars to do this. They don't consider looking at the suspension and were well aware of the problem with the car and what happened to caused it. Now after the 5th oil change/tire rotation they are telling me the tires are bad and need immediate attention.(15k miles) SO I tell them it's on them because they wouldn't do the requested work. They go into their notes that they get to write in their favor to cover their own backside when they know they are wrong and are going to be out money. These people are the lowest form of trash on the planet from the store manager down. Go somewhere else to buy and service your cars. More

Pleased for the most part Matthias was a very good, and helpful salesman. He even came in on his day off to make the sale happen. Overall the experience was good. The only thing that was frustrating for me was i ended up having to be at the dealership three days in a row and with two kids. The first day was trying to find out if i was approved because of the time of the day which i get. THe second day i was told to come to sign papers and ended up the title was not there. I had to go back a third day which i was given an appointment and told it would take 20 minutes..... An hour later is when we actually signed papers. That part was very frustrating especially when our told it would be only 20 mins and i was given a time. More
