Lamar, Good afternoon. My name is Holly Heindel and I am the Service manager here at Red Lion Chevrolet. I am sorry that you are less than satisfied with the outcome of your visit. I feel we did everything that you asked of us. You brought your vehicle to my service department for a diagnosis which you agreed to. I have a repair order signed by you, that my ASM Brittny went over with you that included the cost of the diagnosis. She then presented you with the finding for the repair. She gave you two different quotes, one original equipment price and one aftermarket price to keep the cost down. Brittny also explained that this part was intermittently working and could possibly work here and there but would eventually fail completely. I feel my advisor did just as you asked her. She diagnosed the vehicle, gave you the estimate and all gathered information. She even offered assistance with the bill if you decided to return for the repair. The diagnosis normally takes anywhere from 1 to 1.5 hours to complete this diagnosis and complete the evacuation and recharging of the entire ac system. We do have a timeline provided by a program that we use. I have reviewed this timeline just to make sure we have accurately informed you. Your vehicle was written up and signed by you at 9:01am, technician started repairs at 9:05, was submitted to parts for estimate at 10:10, it was then received by Brittny at 10:20 which she then presented the repair estimate to you at 10:24. After talking with you, she then had the technician complete the Complimentary car wash and provide keys and paperwork back to her. You were checked out at 10:37 by Brittny. This was all within the estimated time that my advisor informed you of. I apologize if you feel the wait was longer than quoted. We do try to stay on scheduled time as much as possible, but every once in a while we may go over our quoted time by a few minutes. But that is not the case here. We are here to complete the service needs of our customers and I feel that is exactly what we did. If I can be of any more assistance in any way please contact me directly at 717-417-1862
