A couple glitches in their computer system due to differences between servicing an electric car versus a gasoline car but that is to be expected. I did wish that their wheel alignment pricing was competitive with everywhere else ($130 versus $100). It seems given this service is not covered by any warranty, that you shouldn't have to pay a premium. Hopefully they read this and make some changes. If not, next time, I will take it to the local shop versus the dealer. Lesson learned. More
