45,000 mile service Surprised to be notified that my 2015 Tahoe was in need of a lower ball joint replacement at 44K miles. The vehicle is driven primarily highway miles. Surprised to be notified that my 2015 Tahoe was in need of a lower ball joint replacement at 44K miles. The vehicle is driven primarily highway miles. The cost was at about $900. The vehicle mfg. warranty was expired but I purchased an extended warranty contract. When at the counter paying, I made the comment that the part replacement seemed premature. The man behind the counter said you should be glad I bought the warranty. I said I was more disappointed that the Tahoe had to have a ball joint replaced at such low mileage- and not glad that I had the warranty. More

First Class Service Department Andrew Hannula was extremely accommodating. He was able to advise and provide a specialized service that I needed with regard to a scratch on my left Andrew Hannula was extremely accommodating. Additionally I had a fuel injector that went bad which was covered under warranty. and was immediately taken care of. Andrew and Milton made sure that I had a loaner vehicle for the day..
