Tire repair/replacement Ran over piece of metal in roadway, tire went completely flat. Spare, jack and tools provided by Chevy were perfect, easy to use and strong. Ciocca replaced tire quickly with no hassles, covered by tire plan. They even put all the tools, spare and jack back in place in the vehicle and gave it back to me cleaner and neater than when I brought it in. More

I wouldn’t if I were you. I went to the dealerships service department 2x and I had the absolute worst experience both times. They quote you one price and when it comes to chec I went to the dealerships service department 2x and I had the absolute worst experience both times. They quote you one price and when it comes to check out time you are paying something totally different they pretty much doubled the price on me each time. I call and leave multiple messages and no one ever gets back to me, the employees can be rude especially over the phone. The nices person I met there was the shuttle driver and that was it. More

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I bought my 2013 cruze to them with a check engine light on i knew my code before going in (p0102) then later that day i get a call saying my abs ligh I bought my 2013 cruze to them with a check engine light on i knew my code before going in (p0102) then later that day i get a call saying my abs light was on so i said whatever just fix it. So with one sensor and the check engine light turning out to just be a fuse i got charged $330.00 for $18 worth of parts, just glad my car was good. Not even 50 miles later check engine light is back on for my catalytic converter, my service advisors name was Nick, my opion stay the heck away from this place biggest rip off and most unsettling experience with a dealership I've ever had in my lifetime and I've owned at least 10 different cars. More
