The only problem was that the cashier must have not taken the payment correctly and instead of calling me to ask for the credit card again, kept calling my husband at work - not appropriate! More

Quick, excellent service, extremely friendly folks I had an electrical issue occur with my 2011 HHR last Thursday. I generally take the car to my local Chevrolet dealer, however the soonest they had an I had an electrical issue occur with my 2011 HHR last Thursday. I generally take the car to my local Chevrolet dealer, however the soonest they had an appointment was the following Friday. I noticed that Ciocca was not terribly far away and they had a Tuesday slot available. I made the appointment online, and was happy to receive immediate email confirmation of the appointment and likewise the reminder email a day or two before. When we went in to the service area, we immediately noticed the difference between Ciocca and the Chevrolet dealer we normally go to. We were taken in by how personable Graham was, how quickly he checked the vehicle in, went over everything with us, and did the entire process on his tablet - way better than sitting down at a desk and having the service folks do everything with a keyboard. The issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly, along with a few other preventive maintenance services and we had the car back the next day. We'll likely be making the slightly longer drive to Ciocca in the future instead of the local dealership. More
