Warranty issues I noticed my windows were not going down when switch was activated so called for service. While my car was being checked for window issue another issue was discovered and both warranty issues were fixed in the same day and I only needed to pay the deductible. Milton is still the best greeter and always ready with a smile and a welcoming word. More
Pretty Great First off the fact they called me to bring my car in 4 days before the original appointment(I had made via Onstar - my check engine light had come on First off the fact they called me to bring my car in 4 days before the original appointment(I had made via Onstar - my check engine light had come on that morning). Then when I arrived they were literally all ready for me to drop and go with a loaner car. This was a Saturday afternoon by the way. Monday morning they called, and then called again to walk me through what needed to be done immediately and what needed to be done in the future. I had my car back Monday evening. Yes 2 days. One of them being a Sunday and I had my car back. I had a small mistake on my part - I left my insurance card at the cashiers desk, but when I called it was already in an envelope ready to be mailed out to me (they held it so I could come in and get it). The best part though was the detailed service report I received a few days later via email. It lists what was done, what should be done next with instructions and prices and recommendations. I was leery of going there - as I had only experienced them when it was owned by Princeton Chevrolet but I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was friendly and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I have no qualms with leaving them as my authorized service dealer for my vehicle. Kate Rufe (called to give me an earlier appointment then I had - very nice and polite on the phone), Andrew Hannula (checked me in and set me up with the loaner - he was FAST), David Marra (handled my service call to explain what needed to be done also explained about my warranty and what was covered and what wasn't- patient and very knowledgeable) CAMISHA BURCHETT, was the cashier who checked me out Monday night - (extremely fast also - Sign here and here and I was done and walking out the door) and lastly AGNES DIGREGORIO ( I called to ask about my insurance card and she knew already, pulled it out of the outgoing mail and when I arrived to pick it up she had it right there waiting.) This review is longer but I believe in speaking up when good service is received. More
Courteous, efficient I came in for recall service and had oil change and tire rotation done as well. Had a loaner vehicle and work was performed on a timely basis. Surface engine light activated and reduced car power I contacted the Ciocca over the phone and was able to setup an appointment to the same day. I arrived at the site and spoke to David (service manager) and they pull up the error code with their diagnostics tools. I was concerned that the last time this happened that I needed a new engine. This time it was only spark plugs and a coil. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. More
