Finally I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and will I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and willingness to make changes made me have to find a better place to take my business Well, I’m happy to report I found one. Graham (the service tech) was great. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness. Also, I felt he listened to what I had to say, let me know he heard me then dealt with the issue or made note of it. Then everything was actually done. It feels like fresh air to me, but I guess great customer service is just par for the course at Ciocca. It was my second experience, both were great. Now, I finally have the Chevy dealership I’ve been looking for. More

We had picked out a suburban that we wanted, but the day we got to the dealership to finalize our purchase, Brendan showed us another suburban that we fell in love with straight away. There is also a very welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and some wonderful family events for new Chevrolet owners. We had an issue during our first service visit but found that the responsiveness and empathy from service rep could have been better. However, our concerns were addressed promptly by Brendan and the Owner. Very satisfied. More

The service personnel were responsive and kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and transportation back to the dealership was prompt. All in all the experience was quite pleasant despite the fact that it COST MONEY. LOL More
