Ripped me off!!! 230.00 for an oil change on 2013 Chevy Avalanche and low beam light bulb changed and that was with my Veteran discount. First they told me they only had to remove the air box which comes right out. Then they said they had to take the front bumper off to replace bulb after the work was done. I was there waiting they never informed me of the change in service till after the work was completed. More

I called the dealership and they asked me if possible to safely bring the vehicle in to have it looked at. As a result some extensive repairs had to be done to correct the problem and they offered a loaner that I could use until the repairs were made. It took two days but they kept me informed with daily reports. The staff was very kind and very easy to work with. More
