The 3rd turn signal area was fixed the first time. However, there were 2 other leaking areas they did not correct on the first visit. After another rain storm, more water collected on the floor. One my next visit, more time was to find leaks. Corrections were made, but it is too soon to know whether this will be a continuing problem. More

I've dealt with a lot of service departments and repair shops over the years, but none came close to the level of professionalism, courteousness and thoughtfulness of Graham. Most times these service experiences are just north of having a tooth pulled, but Graham made the experience enjoyable. It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated well and with caring. He explained the overnight service needed by the car, estimated the cost, promised to keep my Baby in a nice warm, dry bay during a snow storm overnight and offered a free loaner. By the way, the repairs were handled well and the car is ready for a trip to Georgia. It was the kind of experience that makes me want to do business with them again. More

very helpful the previous dealership would not repair the problem i had with the front end noise, although they acknowledged they heard it but would not or could n the previous dealership would not repair the problem i had with the front end noise, although they acknowledged they heard it but would not or could not repair it under warranty, I tried the new Dealership (Ciocca Chevrolet) they found the problem and gave me an Est. for repairs which was very expensive because the warranty had expired, Graham Horst and Michael Minniti did more research and they were able to get about 80% covered under the previous warranty, they put the extra effort into it for which I'm grateful, also wish to thank G.M. for helping resolve the issue Sincerely Anthony Stefanelli More
