Quick, friendly, helpful Having moved from PA where front plates are not required, my car did not have the front bracket for a front license plate. I called Ciocca Chevrolet and spoke with David in the service center. When I got to the service center, I was seen right away, even though I didn't have an appointment. Car was misdiagnosed and our concerns ignored. I brought my car in for service at Ciocca Chevrolet for a steering noise and vibrating when steering in October 2018. We left the car and Graham call I brought my car in for service at Ciocca Chevrolet for a steering noise and vibrating when steering in October 2018. We left the car and Graham called us and told us the problem was a “technical service bulletin.” The dealer tried to charge us well over $1400+ to remedy the problem. I contacted GM customer service and GM lowered the price down to about $600 which I paid in full. When we took the car home, we noticed the same noise and the vibration was still there. We called Graham who told us to give it a few days and that the noise will go away and to bring it back if it was still doing it.` My husband brought the car back less than a week later as the steering and noise didn’t get any better. He test drove the car with Graham. Graham heard the noise and told my husband that “the noise was normal and nothing was wrong.” Another week passed, my husband and this time I went with him to bring the car back. This time, Graham, my husband, and I test drove the car around the lot. Again Graham heard the noise, said nothing was wrong and told us it was some kind of “steering cable” noise which was normal and that if it was serious he would do something about it. Another week passed, both my husband and I brought the car back again for a third time. This time we were luckily greeted by a Jeff. Jeff sat in the car, did not even drive it, turned the wheel and identified the noise and told us he thought it was the rack and that they would check it out. Low and behold it was the rack. I must say finally we were very lucky to have Jeff look at it this time. Finally, the rack was replaced, no noise and the steering seems fine. We had to pay another $250 for the rack and our extended warranty paid $880. We know the car was misdiagnosed the first time. Needless to say, we called GM to put in a complaint about being misdiagnosed and want the $600+ we paid the first time for the totally unnecessary repairs refunded. It should have only cost us $250 to have our steering fixed. If we did not contact GM the first time and if the extended warranty did not chip in the second time we would have been paying over $2500+ to have the steering fixed! We will not take our car to Ciocca Chevrolet for service again . We will try another GM dealer. More

Service They fixed our Camaro where Reedman's could not.
