Not Happy I had an apt on thursday at 9:30 am for oil change,tire Rotation and vehicle health report which took 2 hrs to complete . My car was at 30K, which is what my manual lists for a 30K service. The tech tried to upsell me on fuel injectors, etc, for about $300, which is expected, I know you are trying to run a business. I said no, I only wanted an oil change and rotation. But when I got the bill I was also charged for a $32.95 chassis lube, etc. I didn’t realize this until I paid the bill for $89, and then began to think that it was pretty high for an oil change. I didn’t realize this until I checked the printout. So, I’m not too happy that I was given a service that I didn’t ask for. In the future I think I will just bring my car to a local service tech I know, so I won’t have to deal with the upselling. More
