Service visit 4/4/19 Every staff person I interacted with was very professional, kind, and responsive to my needs. Once issues were identified, I was notified by Shane who Every staff person I interacted with was very professional, kind, and responsive to my needs. Once issues were identified, I was notified by Shane who met me immediately as I entered the service area. I love this new feature of having a staff person make contact upon arrival. When it was identified that the repairs would take an additional 2 hours, I was unable to wait. Shane put me at ease quickly, he offered a loaner car so I could leave it overnight. He called the next day and told me it would be ready by 2pm, and it was. When I arrived home, I realized I left my garage door opener in the loaner. I called and spoke to Megan who checked the car and called me right back to tell me it was there. When I returned, I spoke with Chris, who was very responsive. In addition, he also replaced the license plate cover on the back of the car, as requested. The front had been done earlier that day. My car was purchased at Princeton Chevrolet in 2013. While their service department was satisfactory; Ciocca Chevrolet provides outstanding customer service. Thank you. More

Horrible Dealership !!!!! I went in for the first time to get an oil change on my 2014 Corvette Stingray. Graham Horst (service dept.) comes out with a bill for over $500.00 a I went in for the first time to get an oil change on my 2014 Corvette Stingray. Graham Horst (service dept.) comes out with a bill for over $500.00 and tells me that a cabin filter needed to be replaced and he never showed me the alleged damaged filter, and he also said he was putting in a new battery. I told him that I had a battery put in from AAA two weeks prior because the car wouldn't start. I also told him that even though a new battery was installed, the car still seemed to have a slow start when I pushed the ignition button. Horst then proceeded to bad-mouth AAA stating that their products and services were not good. I told Horst not to put another battery in my car and then I went to the service station that AAA sent to give me a battery. The service station manager contacted the battery expert and he hooked my battery to the tester and it was 100% perfect and gave me the printout. He told me that the AAA was absolutely perfect and that he thought that the "starter" was bad and thus draining the battery. He also said that with only 14,000 miles on my Corvette, the original battery should not have gone bad. So, I went back to HORRIBLE CIOCCA OF PRINCETON and spoke to Michael Minitti in the service department and told him of the fiasco that had occurred. He apologized for the rude behavior of Graham Horst and he spoke to me and boyfriend and referred to Graham Horst as a "millennial with zero social or customer service skills" and I agreed wholeheartedly. Minitti told me that he was there to train the new staff, including training Graham Horst. He also told me that he would reprimand Graham Horst for rude & unprofessional handling of the situation. He also had the tech check the "starter" and lo and behold that was the problem, NOT the battery. Graham Horst bad-mouthed the good reputation of AAA and mocked their products and services when the problem was, in fact, the "starter." Sine he works in the service department, Graham Horst's FIRST CLUE should have been that I told him that the car had a slow start. Instead, he proceeded to bad out AAA and their products and services. Minitti pleaded with me to give the new dealership another chance to make things right so I agreed to allow them to install a new starter which was covered by my warranty. Minniti also prmoised to install a stock, AC Delco battery at no charge since the AAA was not an ac Delco, even though it was still good. I called the dealership at a later date to have the AC Delco battery installed and was told that Michael Minitti was no longer employed there. I was transferred to Dave Marra (service dept.) who was very rude and proceeded to call Minitti a liar for telling me that he would give me a new battery and then called me a liar when I said that Grahma Host was reprimanded for his poor behavior because "they don't work that way there." Clearly, Dave Marra needs a lot more customer service training, along with Graham Horst. Needless to say, my FIRST and LAST visit to this dealership was like a Three Ring Circus with THREE CLOWNS working there !!!! I wouldn't trust these clowns to work on a bicycle let alone my Corvette !!!!!!! CONSUMERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! More
