Battery Replacement My battery died and they were very good about making an appointment for me right then and there. When I called up to see if they had my battery, the r My battery died and they were very good about making an appointment for me right then and there. When I called up to see if they had my battery, the receptionist said the total cost would be $199. She repeated my vehicle make and model to me knowing I needed a specific battery (2014 Chevy Spark). When I was getting checked out, the person in charge of payments said I owed $292. I asked him to go over the payment for me and what I was charged for. $179 for the part and $90 for labor plus tax. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager “was not in”. Instead I spoke with the person who checks your car in when you’re getting service done. He told me that the receptionist did not know which car I had and that what she told me had nothing to do with the make or model of my car. I repeated that yes she did know, she repeated my make and model to me to confirm and he said no. I always felt like my concerns were always taken care of my Princeton Chevy in the past, but with this experience, I felt like I was lied to and I don’t think I’ll be coming back for service. More
