I never write reviews but had to report this. I was charged $359.90 to do a diagnostic on a check engine light and tire pressure sensor. This is ridiculous. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from Ciocca. I purchased my 2018 Chevy Cruze in late March of 2020. It was a lease turn in; leased for one year. The inspection given to me upon date of t Ciocca. I purchased my 2018 Chevy Cruze in late March of 2020. It was a lease turn in; leased for one year. The inspection given to me upon date of the deal did not have a date. The inspection on file shows brake levels were 7s. I was told the vehicle was inspected recently and that all vehicles at Ciocca are fully inspected prior to sale. In June, I dropped my car off for service. Please note that no one mentioned the brakes would soon need to be replaced. In September, I heard a noise coming from the rear passenger tire. I found a nail in the tire. I also noticed the rotors were rusted and the pads were wearing thin. Seems like a case of lot rot to me! I could not get an answer about the brakes and the manager failed to call me back. There is no way I caused that amount of wear and tear on the brakes in less than 6mo and 3,000mi. The following day, I continued to leave messages for the service manager to authorize this service. Again, he never returned my call. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times. My requests were ignored every time. I even e-mailed him! Then the battery in my fob died upon trying to leave. Aren't the batteries in the remotes supposed to be changed upon sale of the car? To make matters worse, the tire pressure is still not balanced properly from the installation of the new tire. My experience overall was inconvenient and frustrating. I am not returning to Ciocca Chevy of Princeton. More
Awful Experience with Ciocca Chevrolet (Sales and Service) Ciocca Chevrolet has provided me with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales, finance, and service staff have all been Ciocca Chevrolet has provided me with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales, finance, and service staff have all been dishonest throughout the process of buying and owning a new car. Service charged me for an alignment which should have been covered under warranty (the car was three months old). When the alignment did not remedy the problem, they attempted an additional three alignments, opened a case with GM’s TAC support (only after I approached the Regional Service Manager), attempted to reset a steering sensor, and then simply gave up and stopped responding to GM’s messages with additional suggestions. I later brought the car to Flemington Chevrolet and they found that the car was not in alignment. AVOID Ciocca Chevrolet at all costs. More

So my father drives the truck for 500 miles after the service and the truck suffer a catastrophic transmission failure. This truck has been used as a highway driver and to tow a single axle 5x10 utility trailer once or twice a month. Now cause he had a old 5 ton hitch on the truck from years ago they said he abused the truck. This truck was getting 18-19mpg. This truck was NO HEAVY HAULER and NOT ABUSED. Their service report showed no mention of burnt transmission fluid, no fluid quality issues or any mention of clutch material in the filter. My father loves this truck and now cause this dealer supplies a sub-par service there telling him that he has to pay for the new transmission cause their inability to do a proper flush! POOR workmanship. POOR service department. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! More
We took it in for a major service. They failed to service the car in the estimated time; took 3.5hrs vs 90mins and found out they didn’t treat the TPMs and later found a nail in tire; Parts that were ordered the car in the estimated time; took 3.5hrs vs 90mins and found out they didn’t treat the TPMs and later found a nail in tire; Parts that were ordered hadn’t even come in yet and no phone calls for over 3 weeks now and don’t even have a date fo get the parts installed. Poor service and accountability and was expecting much better for a deal who advertises they provide exceptional service. More
