He looks at all the needs of the customer and the price. He can look at a customer and talk with them and pick out a vehicle they will like. Faulkner-Ciocca Chevrolet should be very proud to have Greg as their General Mgr. As I said he is the only person who can sell me three vehicles in one day. The vehicle's were a 2011 Equinox, 2012 Traverse and a Silverado. Rick Jarnagin Sales- He is a really nice person, he made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of water. As it was a very hot day and he made sure he pulled the car up to the showroom so we could take it for a test drive. He knew the car and it's in's and out's even the used cars. Even after selling us the cars he called and made sure we were happy with the vehicles. He also made sure we understood how to operate the vehicle's gadgets. If we didn't understand he went over it again until we felt comfortable. Eric Narodovich- He was very helpful in making sure our car's were taken care of as far as the DVD player that needed to be installed on the Traverse. He made sure we didn't have to go out of our way. He had someone deliver the vehicle to my home and pick up the other vehicle for service. Matt from finance for only being there three days and learning there system was very good at his job. We know Matt and he has worked with us before. He has a very good working knowledge of finance and can get the results you need. I can't say enough about the Dealership and the team Mr.Smith has assembled. I would recommend the dealer to anyone.
