I came to this dealership with the intent of test driving a used car that was listed on their website. Frank took his time to go through all the features the car had to offer and never put the pressure on to buy. It was quite nice to deal with a salesman who was actually willing to let the car sell itself. I should also mention that I have purchased (and haggled)coutless cars new and used and the financial end of this transaction was by far the smoothest one to date. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that truly wanted to not only make the sale but make the transaction a pleasant one and gain a customer. Yes, there is a bigger dealership down the road- I've purchased from them too- But I can tell you this is the most customer focused of all of them. Would I buy another car from this dealership? Yes. This car has all the features I could want and drives amazing. It also gets an average of 10 miles to the gallon more than my previous car. Frank was full of energy and was very friendly. We spent a majority of our time with him just joking around and moving through the process of test driving. I ended up walking away with a great trade in value for my old car and driving home a great vehicle.
