I started looking for my new car at Faulkner-Ciocca primarily since I live in Quakertown. I am a serious shopper and always shop competition and never make my decision hastily. I am easily turned off by pushy salespeople and will not hesitate to leave the location if I feel pressured. I expected to spend a few days accumulating prices and then make my decision but after meeting with Greg Fichter I had a feeling I would be seeing him again soon. Greg took the time to get a feeling for what I was looking for in the vehicle, as well as get to know my history and expectations. He shared my excitement and passion for the Corvette I was considering. Greg's follow with emails with his thank you's and additional info were much appreciated. Little did I know that it would be the next day that I would be back to leave a deposit on the vehicle I had chosen. Though Greg was off that day, The sales manager took our deposit and helped reassure me that all would be taken care of by the day I planned to pick up the vehicle. I have purchased many cars before but never have I had a purchase go as smoothly and as pleasantly as this one. My step-daughter is planning to purchase a new car within the next 2 months and I have already informed her that it may not be at Faulkner-Ciocca that she begins her search but it will be the location where she finishes it!
