We were on vacation in Curtis, MI and our 2002 Ford Explorer 4WD vehicle had a wheel bearing problem. The service department recommended a towing service that was prompt and efficient. The service department looked at our vehicle soon after arrival and tracked down additional parts from another city. Our Explorer was repaired prior to the upcoming Labor Day Weekend! We were surprised the repair was completed so quickly and we were able to return home from our vacation on schedule. Ron and Chuck found the truck I was looking for and quickly made arrangements to transport it to the dealership. Closing the sale was efficient and they spent time going through the truck features with me for a seamless delivery. After the sale, they have been in contact with me to make sure there are no issues. The service department even came to get the vehicle from me to install the tonneau cover when it arrived, and brought it back to me. Great service, showroom and service area. More

When the service department learned of our situation they went out of their way to work us in on a busy Monday morning. Because they did not have the required parts in storage the mechanic made two runs to auto parts stores to get the required parts and get us back on the road. They seemed more concerned with treating us the way they would want to be treated, and not the bottom line. Gary More
