Went in to look at the Rav4 ... Low selection first off. The sales person gave me an over whelming amount of information on the vehicle. Was not making it simple. Would not talk about price at all. Over all not happy with the place. I got juggled between two sales people, getting handed off from one to another, finally handed off to a manager who was just a complete hard xxx. Just to much pressure to buy right then and there. I ended up purchasing a Subaru Forester at Courtesy Motors right down the street. I got a great price without hassle and the car is a lot better in my opinion. More

He was able to answer all of my questions and took me on several test drives. Brad, the sales manager, was friendly and walked me through the purchasing process. The staff were friendly and open to my questions about the loan process. I had never taken out a car loan before this purchase. I have brought the truck in for regular maintainance and oil changes. Tex and his garage staff have been helpful and timely. I recently purchased new tires from Chuck Patterson and they are working great. The staff at Chuck Patterson is always friendly and very knowledgable. Excellent service is hard to find in this day and age. I am glad that I found it at Chuck Patterson's. They will have my business in the future. More
We were very satisfied with our purchase of the Camry. We began with Brad Marr, as we know Brad through the Masons. He gave us information about what was available and the price we would pay. After we decided to go ahead and purchase the car, he sent me out to look at the colors. I picked out the aloe green, which is a beautiful color, but doesn't really look green. Then, we went out to talk to the salesman, Morgan England. He was great, too! He explained many things about the car and what extras we might want on the car. We decided to add the strip on the sides to prevent other car doors from scratching the car. We also added the Splash guards. We then went in to talk to Karen regarding financing etc. She also explained some additions we might be interested in. After talking to her, we wanted to add the Surface Protection Product. This was a little pricey, but hopefully it will proect both the inside and outside of the car. This morning (5/4/11), my husband is taking the car in to have the above noted additions put onto the car. All in all, we were very pleased with the car - we took a 600 mile tripo last week. More

We have purchased two new automobils from Chuck Patterson Toyota. The first car was a 1990 Toyota Camry. Edwardo worked very deligently to find the right used car that had all the options that I needed on it. He continually called me when new trade-ins arrived that he thought I would like. Acutally for about 2 that had all the options that I needed on it. He continually called me when new trade-ins arrived that he thought I would like. Acutally for about 2 years now he has been contacting me and has taken the time and listened to what car I really would enjoy and appreciate. He recently called me on a 2006 Lexus lease return that was perfect for me. He has always kept me in mind when the type of cars came in that he thouht I would like. I love my new Lexus and appreciate that he thought of me immediately when it was turned in. I bought it the day after it was detailed and sellable. I have always taken my cars to the body shop for all there little boo-boos and have been very happy with the work that has been done. Brad Mar has helped meet my needs with getting me the price and payment I needed. Overall this is my third purchase from Chuck Patterson and I appreciate the friendliness that I have received every time I come in. I called to get a price and to make an appointment for transmission flush. When I arrive for my appointment I was told the price is double and that the lady who gave the price is not qualified to look up transmission flush. When I arrive for my appointment I was told the price is double and that the lady who gave the price is not qualified to look up prices in the computer. I was also told that they sell Toyota WS Transmission fluid for $11.00 a quart. I made complaints to Toyota USA and to the Dealership. I talked to Brad and Craig Marr and they have done nothing to fix the problem. They make more money changing price on people once they walk in the door. Be warned that this dealership or should I say Stealership will rip you off and has very poor service. More
This letter is in respose to the bad service that I was provided on 07/07/08. My truck was brought in for a A/C not working. I arrived at the dearlership on Weds. to make an appointment. Thurs returned for provided on 07/07/08. My truck was brought in for a A/C not working. I arrived at the dearlership on Weds. to make an appointment. Thurs returned for my 2:15 appointment. Waited for 2+ hours for the vehicle to get serviced. Then joesph approched me and told me that they had found the problem, but it was to late to fix, and I would have to make another appointment on Mon. Mon brought vehicle back 0730. At 1130 Jose called and told me that the A/C was working. I got in my vehicle and noticed that my dash had a crease. I then went back in and told Joseph. He said they would look into this. At 2:45 joseph told me that there was 2 options, they could heat the dash, but it might make it worse, or get a new dash. So I asked who is going to pay for this, he said that I had to because he wasn't sure if they did this. I then talked to the Service Manager and told him what had happened. He stated "well we can't make everyone happy." I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!! More
