I really enjoyed Steve Z. Very personable, likeable and not too pushy. Wendy was ok but i did not like the fact that she was going back and forth with the warranty plans. She also did not tell me at the time it was transferable and I could get my money back if I did not use the warranty. I called her a couple of days later and asked those questions to which she was very pleasant and gave me the answers. She was fine overall, I just did not like negotiating for a warranty. More
Went in to have my Rav4 serviced. Thought I would look at used/new Ram trucks. Between Mike and his two bosses, I received excellent service and was presented with the 2012 Dodge Ram of my dreams. The other persons review below mine on 9/23/11 is exactly how I would describe my experience with Chuck Patterson. DO NOT GET AN EXTENDED WARRRANTY.They will screw you out of thousands of dollars. Especially when they talk you into get a extended warranty for the car. The lady who does all this paperworks name is Karen and she is a witch and is totally rude and has no customer service and lies!... She told me I could have a full refund of my contract extended warranty if it made it to the five years with out being used. Well since my car got totalled and I still had a year left. Dont you think they would have to prorate me that money back for the last year I had left...she says no even though thats what she said. And then if she cant answer a question she has she tells you to call this dumb lady named Tammy who is even more unprofessional and I left her phone calls for weeks and she gave me one phone call back weeks later and only gave me 20 min to call back. Well the point is the same as this other persons review that this dealership has no empathy and do not uphold their contracts. I was only 80 miles away from my when they would have given me the full refund back when I was in an accident not my fault that totalled the car. How screwed up is that. Does anyone know if they are not allowed to refund me the prorated one year left that I had on the warranty? More
Hard to review customer service when I can't get through to the customer service department. If it were occasional, that would be expected, but it is consistent. Buying our first new car from the lot 5 years ago was a pleasant experience. But that was the only good experience I have had with Chuck Patterson since then. We had a parts recall on our Toyota (shocker), pleasant experience. But that was the only good experience I have had with Chuck Patterson since then. We had a parts recall on our Toyota (shocker), and weren't told about it until our car shut down due to a bad computer. When I took in my car a month prior to the complete shut down because the AC wasn't working, I was told it was working just find and charged 100$ to be told so. Well when you check the AC in the AM and its 50 degrees outside of course it is going to spit out cold air. When we found out that it was indeed Toyota's mess up, I was told I would NOT be reimbursed for my 100$ prior even though they explained it was directly related to their own defect. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. We purchased it being told we could cancel at any time and receive our money back and not have to continue paying for it. When we went in to cancel 4 years later we were told we would not get a full refund until our 7 years were up on the contract. This was not clearly stated by the rep who signed us up for the account. The woman I spoke to about this was very rude and gave no customer service to my husband and I. Upset but over it, we knew we would still have the car in 2013 with no reason to sell it, so we excepted the fact we were screwed and would have to wait. A week ago we were in a very bad accident and trying to get to the bottom of our warranty has been a nightmare. I was given 800 numbers to no end and then redirected back to Chuck Patterson after days of run around. Only to be told that they would not pay us anything because we do not have the car in our hands, as it was totaled in the accident. There has been no compassion, no empathy nothing! I work for a company who is 100% committed to customer service and it is disgusted to me to be treated like this when I know what companies are capable of doing to take care of their customers IF THEY SO CHOSE. I will never go back to them again, and I don't recommend anyone else to either. They will be quick to take your money and be no where to be found when you need them. Thanks for nothing. More
