I prefer to negotiate and purchase/lease cars on line. This dealership seemed to operate in an archaic manner. I prefer to shop, purchase/lease on line. I don't like repeatedly being asked to come in and meet with someone...Getting a rough copy of the lease terms seemed to be an issue which I don't quite understand. Alec, my sales person was very accommodating, though he is young and learning he has a lot of potential in sales! I wouldn't change the manner in which I chose, shopped and researched the car and though had similar offers some with more options on the car. But, I really wanted to give Alec the opportunity to get the sale. He made it happen and I absolutely LOVE my car. More
