My experience there was great. Thank you for following up. I did have a problem that has nothing to do with the dealership itself. Hen I was getting into the car for Ohn to explain things to me I scraped my leg on the metal extension on the bottom corner of the door. I really don’t know why such a dangerous thing would be on the car. I just wanted to mention it, but will be contacting GMC about it. Anyway I am presently receiving wound care because of the cut on my leg. But thank you again for the professionalism of Chuck Nicholson. And of course I will make recommendations to you.
