My only complaint is the emailing. I emailed to see if the car was available and I was sent an email that it was and when did I want to come. I got another email co forming my appt and saying that the car would be ready and waiting. When we get there nobody is expecting us and the car was still on the lot not ready for us. I dont understand why you would act like someone is waiting for you with the car when they are not?? It is annoying as a customer to walk in and nobody is expecting you as you were told. It's just a simple matter of communication. This same thing happened at the last dealership we went to so it must be common customer treatment. I would have been alot more impressed if what I was told had happened. More
