Waste of 3 hours. Really sad I have to write this review because from the phone calls and texts I had with this dealer it SEEMED like they were good honest people. I c Really sad I have to write this review because from the phone calls and texts I had with this dealer it SEEMED like they were good honest people. I contacted this dealer, and wanted to purchase a new vehicle they had, I had a trade in and since they were over an hour away I asked for a estimate. Sent them EVERYTHING they asked for, told them what other dealers offered me, sent pics, vins, let them run the carfax and reports on it. They told me a price and said “at least that maybe more once we see it in person” and I agreed to it. Then called them 2 days later and talk to ANOTHER SALES MANAGER for almost 20 minutes, ran over EVERY defect/history of the car, and double checked and asked to make sure they had all the info they needed on the car. And asked that sales manager if the price I was asking was good and they said yes even with the history it was a solid price and I shouldn’t worry they wanted the car and the price was reasonable. Well come the next day I drive 1 hour and 30 mins after triple checking with them everything was good to go. After arriving we went straight into picking out the looking at the car I wanted. Went into finance, then they test drove it said it was all good, then after they run the info again, they now change their story all of a sudden and offer me $11K LESS THAN WHAT THEY TOLD ME BEFORE I WASTED 3 HOURS DRIVING. And we’re just like “op sorry we didn’t do our homework right” after I talked to 2 sales mangers, sent pictures and vins, and called back to double check that they did before I wasted all that and my fathers time driving out there. I’d highly advise against trusting this dealer, don’t let their “small town, nice guys” vide fool you. They’re just as scamny and manipulative as other dealers. More
