I have purchased 8 vehicles from Chuck Nicholson since 2010. 5 new truck purchases, one new lease, and my latest a used car. I have two family members that also shop with the dealership. My two brothers have also bought new trucks and cars. I have had nothing but good experiences to date with the entire sales and service staff. Doug in the finance department has done an excellent job taking care of me, much appreciated Doug. The staff has been fair on my trade ins and new purchases. I have had two of three of the sales representatives retire since 2010 that I have worked with and the last sales person Ted maybe the next to retire before my next purchase and there will be a next purchase. It was a pleasure working with Ted on this last purchase. I look at no other dealers as I know I will be taken care of so for me personally I have no reason to look elsewhere. I look forward to working with the next sales rep should Ted retire before my next purchase. I have heard from a friend that they had a good experience dealing with Joe Penrod so should Ted not be there on my next purchase I will seek out Joe. More
