SALES VISIT - USED

I traded for a 2018 Sierra. Sales staff was excellent. When I test drove the truck I felt a slight shake like a tire was out of balance. When I bought the truck the service d Sales staff was excellent. When I test drove the truck I felt a slight shake like a tire was out of balance. When I bought the truck the service department balanced the tires before I picked it up. It still shook. The service department has gone over and beyond in trying to make me happy. They have balanced the tires 2 times, rotated the tires, had the truck up on the lift, and have driven the truck several miles. It still shakes. Not the service department’s fault. It is GMC’s fault for building a truck with what I have come to learn is called the “Chevy Shake”. I am not happy with the truck, but I am completely happy with Chuck Nicholson’s service department and sales staff. More
