If he did not know the answer to one of our many questions he made sure to check and get the answers for us. Once we arrived at a Deal on the New GMC Terrain Denali he turned us over to Doug Alsept in the Finance Office to complete the paperwork. Doug was also a pleasure to work with, NO SURPRIZES with figures not being what Mike had told us. NO PRESSURE to add on anything else to the deal. Needed 4 new tires. Garage manager took the time to show me the inventory available that day or other tires that would be appropriate for my jeep. Took my Honda pilot there dropped it off on a Monday they called me on a Tuesday for front end noise. They told me the mechanic he drove it about a block I would say. They said it was the rear struts I paid called me on a Tuesday for front end noise. They told me the mechanic he drove it about a block I would say. They said it was the rear struts I paid $100 deductible. They put one on one is on back order. Told my husband they will call us when it comes in. Picked it up on Friday drove it home. Nothing has been fixed the front and noise is still there. So now I am just waiting on them to call me so my car can go back in the shop hopefully they figure it out and hopefully they understand that I am not paying them a penny to fix it already paid for them to do the rear strut not both just one and I do not plan on paying them another penny my car needs fixed. More
