We do respond to our customers' reviews. You left yours on a Friday afternoon so it's going to take some time to catch up from the weekend! Before you brought the vehicle in to us, you had already taken it to another mechanic to look it over and change the oil. You had a new catalytic converter on the vehicle and four codes in the system indicating that you had bad oxygen sensors, something you knew about because you had already received a quote from someplace else and had informed us that you had cleared the codes to see if they would come back on. We looked over your vehicle and there were no other codes in the system, the oil was filled adequately, the transmission was filled adequately, there were no engine misfires, not transmission slips and no indication that there was anything wrong save for the codes for the bad oxygen sensors. You had asked our service manager to tell you that the engine was ruined because "Walmart was going to pay", which he would not do, as there was nothing that an inspection revealed that indicated such. You have called in and spoken with our service manager two times now and have been told the same thing each time. Furthermore, we had the vehicle in the air at the time of inspection and there was no oil leaking anywhere from the vehicle. As stated before, our service manager suggested that you take the vehicle back to Walmart to have them inspect it, as that is where the initial oil change took place. Our owner, managers and technicians here believe that integrity is a core value of running a business and we are not going to tell a customer that there is something wrong with their vehicle when a diagnosis indicates otherwise.
