Thank you for your feedback. We would be happy to address your concern, should you respond to the attempts that we have made to contact you. You had originally brought your vehicle in for what you had suspected was a coolant leak. On taking the vehicle in, we had it connected to our pressure check machine for six hours and there was no leak detected. We agreed to keep the vehicle overnight and pulled it into one of our bays to confirm your suspicion of the previously mentioned leak. However, no leak manifested and the area beneath the vehicle remained dry. Additionally, we informed you that your fuel filter housing needed to be replaced, a service that you approved and asked us to re-test for the leak, which we agreed to do when you returned to pick up the vehicle. As of today, you still have not returned for the re-test and have yet to return our calls. Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to address your vehicle repairs.
