Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately, as with many other dealers, we have made a cost-associated choice to not enroll in the GM Rewards program. Regarding the service appointment you scheduled online, it was not indicated what sort of service you requested and, when our service department contacted you, you had indicated that you would like to schedule an "oil change and inspection" which does not include a tire rotation, as opposed to the 60,000 mile oil change and inspection. Our service manager explained this when he contacted you regarding your concerns and offered you a free tire-rotation. For a printout of the services that were provided, please check your invoice, as they are listed there. If you would like to discuss this further and let us know when you would like to bring your vehicle in for your free tire rotation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks for your response. However, no one contacted me from the service department to ask me what services I wanted at all. The only contact I had was when the dealership called me to tell me it was done. This is simply false information and I have the phone call records to prove it. I also have the records that indicate that I specifically chose the 60,000 mile service. I went back and checked my voicemails from yesterday. Your service manager simply asked me to call him back (regarding this issue which I have not had a chance to do yet) nothing has been explained or offered at this point. If you are going to call me out publicly I suggest you have your facts straight. I have all the records to prove that my facts are right
