I hate that there was a misunderstanding during your visit. A manager got the details about your service and your insurance company was contacted, they allowed us to do the work since they paid for it. However, your insurance company also let you know about your deductible and we had a Service Advisor contact you with your final total. In the mist of servicing your vehicle, it died while a technician was test driving it, so a Service Advisor replaced the bad battery with a new one and took care of the costs because we didn't want to send you home with a bad battery. It is also against our store policy to let customers drive their vehicle if their ticket isn't paid first. In addition, a manager from our dealership did contact you twice regarding your visit. Thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle. We hope we can earn your business in the future.
