I was extremely blissful with the customer service that I receive from my sales Consultant Aref. His warm, courteous, kindness made me feel welcome when I drove onto the lot of Chevrolet. I was in need of a new car for a long time, but was troubled about purchasing a new car because of the salesmen. Rumors from people say that car salesmen want you to buy a car way out of your comfort zone, but this is not true. My sales consultant Aref talked with me before he showed me a car, he made me feel comfortable and was concern about my needs. He asked many question and was not concern about just making a sale, that was true customer service. Aref was very professional he was not trying to sell me the highest car on the lot just to make commission he care about my needs.What was surprising to me that he was knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, gas mileage and the safe. He really knew what he was talking about because when I got home I google some of cars he talked about WOW. On Saturday July 17, 2011 I drove on Chervolet lot not looking to purchase a New car, I was really searching Memphis for a used Malibu because I love Cherlovet cars, but after spend time with MY Sale Consulant Aref I changed my mind much love goes out to my new freind Aref, he is no longer just a Sales Consultant he is family. Aref thanks for giving me My new Baby. I got a new car 2011 Cruze. I am loving it. I will be back just to see you for another car. 100% customer service. More

We had a very nice buying experience at Chuck Hutton, and would recomend visiting this dealership before you buy anywhere else. We actually enjoyed buying this new truck, due to the personel we dealt with. We just got back from our first real use of our new 2500HD truck towing our race car and it did a fine job, and we are very happy. This is the third auto we have purchased from Doris at Chuck Hutton. She works hard to find what we want, even if we are not sure. I went into the service department rather late in the day, not expecting much in the form of service given the time (around 4:30 pm). My 1997 Saturn had a squeak in its clutch pedal that, no matter how m day, not expecting much in the form of service given the time (around 4:30 pm). My 1997 Saturn had a squeak in its clutch pedal that, no matter how much I tried, I could not fix. Bill Ashmore noted my concern and, understanding that I was to drive cross-country the following day, called over Billy Hampton to give it a quick check. Five minutes later, Billy had the clutch working like normal (he oiled a location that I couldn't get to). I thanked both of the men and when I asked how much the service cost, Bill told me nothing... just to have a great day. I realize that this wasn't a major service, but given the time of the day and their visible workload, I am extremely appreciative of both Bill and Billy in helping me out. I don't know what I would've done if I had to listen to that squeaking on the next few days' drive! I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. More

Our prior experiences buying a vehicle was not as good as this one....by any means........the sales person always made us feel pressured.....and that is something i do not like and would never buy anything i was pressured into. We can't say enough wonderful things about Aref......he does his job well....and we are absolutely in love with our Tahoe.......thanks Aref.
