Oil change and alignent Took our 2013 escape in for oil change and alignment. The mechanics striped lug nuts trying to get tires off and then wanted to charge us $100/set and Took our 2013 escape in for oil change and alignment. Tires were almost 6 months old and after pounding on rims with metal hammers told us the tires were too worn to do alignment. Very crooked place More

Service fine/Service policy worthless. Fuel valve replaced that was sticking. Service people were fine. Issue is with a service policy that was sold to me as "basically bumper to bumper" ev Fuel valve replaced that was sticking. Service people were fine. Issue is with a service policy that was sold to me as "basically bumper to bumper" everything except routine maintenance, that didn't cover this. Knowing this, is what will keep me from doing further business with them. I can go anywhere for oil changes ect...It is ashamed since this would be the most convenient place for me. Cody was good to work with. No issues there. Don't bother buying a service policy from them. More
