Thanks for your feedback! I'm not sure how the ball was dropped with letting us know the Flex was here and who it was for, I will have to check with the tow company on that part. As far as how many Flex's we work on a day, that's really a moot point, as it's a Ford and we have service manuals on every Ford that we go by for any amount of work. Samantha, I'm sorry that your seats were not moved back to their original positions. I imagine once the technician got done with the airbag safety recall they forgot to move it back forward. As far as going through your paperwork, I spoke to the technician and the service writer, they both told me that they didn't go through anything; the tech offered up that it was possible when he was putting trim pieces in the backseat while finishing the airbag, that it may have caused the paperwork to move. Hi! Thanks for letting us know about your experience with us. I just wanted to address a couple of your concerns very quickly. We must charge our hourly rate whether we find issues or not, as the vehicle has been in a stall, on a lift, plugged in to our computers, and that takes time away from doing other jobs. If we didn't charge that, our technicians wouldn't be paid, and our shop would not be ran very efficiently. We want to find something wrong with it, because we don't make any money telling you that we can't find anything wrong. I would be more than happy for you to bring it back in, and I will ride with you so we can get it to duplicate it, and at that time the $119 you already paid can be credited to your fix. On customer pay tickets that don't require a fix, we do not offer loaner/rental cars for no-charge, you're more than welcome to come through us at any time and get a loaner/rental, however there will be a daily charge.
