He and Heather were able to secure new tires I needed for my daughters car and Cody went above and beyond to make this service appointment a success. He and Heather were able to secure new tires I needed for my daughters car and someone was sent to pick them up in Kansas City so I did not have to return on another day. Save your money, go elsewhere Avoid the service dept at this dealership!!. Took my car (1 year old ford) in for a malfunctioning front screen, spent $1000 to replace the audio mod Avoid the service dept at this dealership!!. Took my car (1 year old ford) in for a malfunctioning front screen, spent $1000 to replace the audio module, when I got it back had issues with the back module didn’t work. Took it back and was told I need to pay $140 to run diagnostics and was later told it was another $1,000 repair. It worked when I brought it in before they did the 1st repair. Many arguments later, 6 visits later they finally figured out that the front module was never updated. This caused the rear module to malfunction. 6 trips back and forth, too many hours spent arguing over the additional $1000 they wanted to charge me for their MISTAKE. Never once even received an apology. It all seems like a big scam. Worst car experience ever. More

Positive experience on It was easy to schedule. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Wish they had washed my car. Don't like the fact that the lug nuts are problematic and It was easy to schedule. Poor service. towed to another repair facility Cody is rude and doesn’t know how to provide good customer service. I called Monday morning to set up an appointment, gave Heather my cell phone numbe Cody is rude and doesn’t know how to provide good customer service. I called Monday morning to set up an appointment, gave Heather my cell phone number and my name and was told Thursday was the soonest they could get it in, but I was told if I got it to their lot earlier they might look at it sooner. I had the tow truck drop it off on Tuesday, tow truck driver gave Cody my information. Thursday around 3:00 I called and spoke to Heather and asked what they had found out about my 2013 Flex, she said that they didn’t know who the Flex belonged to and said that Cody was with another customer and he would call me back after he was done with them. Almost an hour later Still no call back from Cody, so my wife called and talked to Cody. He told my wife they could look at it on Friday. When she asked how many flexes they work on in a day he stated they work on 20 to 30 cars a day. She then asked again how many flexes do you work on in a day he said “what’s your point.” We then made the decision to not do business with chuck Anderson. I called the tow truck company and had them tow my Flex to another repair shop. An alternator, serpentine belt and a battery was the diagnosis Chuck Anderson Ford did not get my repair business and will never get my business repair or new car buying ever. More
Not the best but not the worst experience. Services were provided in an extremely timely manor, however, papers in my car were rumaged through. Thankfully, nothing of importance was in the papers. Nothing was returned the way it was when I brought the vehicle in. My radio stationed was changed, my steering wheel was moved, driver seat and mirror was also moved. My passenger seat was moved all the way back pressing against the car seat behind it causing the car seat to be squished. Had I not noticed this and was in an accident with my son it could have cause serious bodily hard or killed him. Being a place of professionals I would assume they would be professional about their work as well as everything else they do. I hope I have a good experience next time I go as I have a had good experiences before. More
