Thanks for taking a second to voice your concerns. I can't speak for the exact time you were getting your oil changed as I wasn't standing there, so I'm not sure why it took so long. When the weather is below freezing, we don't wash people's vehicles unless asked to do so. We've had several cases where people have had them washed, then the doors froze up on them before they could get home.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm not sure how the ball was dropped with letting us know the Flex was here and who it was for, I will have to check with the tow company on that part. As far as how many Flex's we work on a day, that's really a moot point, as it's a Ford and we have service manuals on every Ford that we go by for any amount of work. Samantha, I'm sorry that your seats were not moved back to their original positions. I imagine once the technician got done with the airbag safety recall they forgot to move it back forward. As far as going through your paperwork, I spoke to the technician and the service writer, they both told me that they didn't go through anything; the tech offered up that it was possible when he was putting trim pieces in the backseat while finishing the airbag, that it may have caused the paperwork to move.
