Even though they were slow this time they are better than any other that have changed my oil. They have changed my oil more than ten times.

Hi Ricky! The service airbag light came on after you took delivery of the vehicle and we offered for you to bring it in at your convenience and we would check it out. It was not on during in the 16 days we owned it before you purchased it. We're sorry for your poor experience with us. That's not how we want our customers to feel, and not how we've done business for nearly 50 years.

It was on when we were test driving the car, but didn't know at the time what I was seeing. When I ask about it you told me to go to another dealership to have it checked out!

There were 5 of you standing around the front desk. And ya all said since it was a Jeep vehicle,(even though I bought it there)I would need to take it to an authorized Jeep dealer . Exact words spoken to me.
