I had taken my car in on Thursday for a manufacturing repair on my passenger side air bag. I included that I wanted my anti-freeze recharged as well. They told me it would be $100 for the anti-freeze a repair on my passenger side air bag. I included that I wanted my anti-freeze recharged as well. They told me it would be $100 for the anti-freeze and the air bag was no charge since it was a recall. No one called me to tell me it was going to cost more or that in fact it had been done before the weekend. In which it hailed on Sunday while my car was outside and I park it in a garage. I got a call on Monday and they were calling to give me a verbal survey about the work on my car to which I told them I had not received a call to come pick it up. They did apologize and so I went to pick it up. when I get there I walked in and went to pay for the anti-freeze recharge thinking it was going to be $100. Well I got the bill for $154 and was really not happy and decided to just pay the bill and leave. I was so mad I didn’t want to cause a scene or chew out someone I have known for a very long time. It is to my understanding that if a price is going to increase when having work done you should probably contact the customer about the difference. I am considering taking my business elsewhere and I don’t want to but I am not happy at all at the way things where handled. Sincerely, Grant Kessler More
Like the dealership. Don't care for the tech that changed my oil. Oily hand prints on my clean door, steering wheel and gear shift.
